The O'Donnell Family's history in construction dates back to 1923, with a skilled Irish craftsman named Peter J. O'Donnell. He was insistent on careful attention to detail and quality workmanship. His family-owned business was founded on his integrity, and it became a successful and respected home building company.
In 1956, Mr. O'Donnell passed ownership on to his son, Peter E. O'Donnell, and the company was expanded to include commercial building projects.
The O'Donnell family managed a diverse portfolio of building projects in Northeast Ohio, including Cleveland Municipal Stadium, Stouffer's Inn on the Square (now the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel), and the Great Lakes Brewing Company, and retail clients such as Kohl's and Dick's Sporting Goods.
Today, Biltmore Construction is owned & operated by the third and fourth generations of the O'Donnell family. We offer a diverse range of construction services, and we still adhere to the standards of excellence that drove Peter O'Donnell in 1923.
We provide general contracting solutions for all aspects of commercial, industrial and retail building.
Biltmore is at home in a Design-Build Construction Management Team. Working closely with the owner, designer and engineers, we offer invaluable insight from the project's inception.
Biltmore Construction is a provider of consulting and specialized pre-construction services.
